More than a character education program—this is a full-scale cultural shift.
Through engaging animated stories, daily reinforcement, and take-home resources, we help schools build a climate of respect, kindness, and good manners that reduces behavioral issues and increases academic focus.
Research consistently shows that children who learn these foundational principles grow into adults who positively impact society. They become empathetic leaders, effective communicators, and compassionate community members. Schools that embrace kindness initiatives experience reduced classroom disruptions, leading to increased instructional time, improved academic performance, and enhanced overall morale. When kindness thrives, everyone benefits.
Why Kindness and Why Now?
Today’s children are growing up in a world of increasing disconnection. Bullying, anxiety, exclusion, and disrespect are showing up in elementary classrooms and playgrounds like never before. Meanwhile, teachers are reporting record levels of burnout and behavioral disruption.
If we want kids to succeed academically, we must first help them feel safe, seen, and supported.
Kindness isn't just a feel-good virtue—it's a scientifically validated skill that reduces stress, strengthens emotional intelligence, and increases prosocial behavior. Schools that prioritize kindness:
It time now, because we can’t afford to wait. Our kids are already dealing with the effects of a post-pandemic world, social media pressure, and rapid emotional overwhelm. If we want the next generation to thrive—not just survive—we must embed kindness into the fabric of school culture now.
This isn’t about adding more to teachers’ plates. It’s about giving them tools that make their jobs easier and their classrooms more peaceful.
Transform Your School Culture through Kindness, Respect, and Good Manners
In today's educational landscape, fostering a positive and respectful environment is more crucial than ever. At the heart of this mission is seven-year-old author and kindness advocate, Jayme Hill, whose vision has inspired the creation of the Polished Stones for Kids Program by her grandmother and business woman, Angela Carr Patterson.
Through this result driven curriculum, we are dedicated to transforming school cultures by embedding values of kindness, respect, and good manners into daily routines. We provide schools with tools to:
By partnering with us, your school takes a proactive step towards nurturing a community where every child feels valued and empowered. Together, we can make kindness the cornerstone of education.

"Kindness isn't a lesson. It's a lifestyle."
Teaching kindness, respect and good manners create a positive and inclusive school environment where students feel safe, respected, and valued. This climate enhances learning outcomes and reduces instances of bullying and conflict. Kindness education enhances students' social and emotional skills, such as empathy, compassion, and conflict resolution. These skills are essential for building healthy relationships and navigating challenges both in school and beyond.
Instilling values of kindness, respect, and manners fosters character development in children. They learn to make ethical decisions, act with integrity, and demonstrate leadership qualities that positively impact their communities.
Teaching manners and promoting kindness reduces disruptive behaviors in classrooms. Students learn appropriate social behaviors and communication skills, creating a more productive learning environment.
The lessons learned through kindness education stay with children into adulthood, influencing their interactions with others, career success, and overall well-being. They become advocates for kindness and agents of positive change in society.
